You could try Dr. Kendall Marr of Complete Chiropractic Care down on 76th street next to Subway. He's been keeping me walking and out of pain for the last 2 years.
He's quite reasonable and takes most insurance. Tell him I sent you.

I made my once a decadet or two trip to the dr. a few weeks ago for a variety of things, one of them back pain. I got a pair of Dr. Scholls heel inserts for my shoes and for $6.99 I am doing much better.
