Your out of luck doing it with a stock rear end you will have to find a Dana 80 out of E-450 Cuttaway van they have disk brakes and still use the old imperial bolt pattern.
The big drawback about the 10.25 Ford thats under you truck is its very poor rear brakes. Drum brakes in general are crappy its why I won't go back to a regular 1 ton again only F-450s for me I started 6 years ago with a 88 F-Superduty (F-450) then a 90 F-Superduty now I have a 95 F-Superduty.
There is a disk brake conversion kit for the 10.25 but its only for SRW trucks.
