12" Clutch

Anyone know which trucks came with a 12" clutch.
I found a new clutch in my garage and I can't remember what it fit. I had a 72 F250 a few years back and I think I bought it for that. I know that it fits on a T-18/19 input shaft.

As near as I can tell, the 12" clutch wasn't used until the 351M's, the 400's, and the 460's found their way under the hoods of trucks in the mid to late 70's. 360's and 390's used either an 11", or a 11.5" clutch. I could be wrong, of course, but this was what I found as a result of five minutes of research.

I can't remember, but I think I bought it for my old 72 F250 Heavy Duty truck before I sold it.
I could be wrong, though.

A 391 flywheel / pressure plate will take a 12" disc.
