410 carburator question
looking at a carburator for my 410 ,,,, this holley has a rear fuel bowl that looks like the front one . did someone replace the rear with a front bowl? (750 holley)

Last time I checked most of the 4150 and 4160 carbs used float bowls that look the same, except the fuel inlet and needle and seat are on opposite sides.

it was the underside of the rear fuel bowl that didnt look right to me with a spot for the accelerator diaphram and just out in the open with no cover ? Maybe i can find the underside of a 750 somewhere online

That is normal. The casting is there so that a second accelerator pump can be added for the doubler pumper version of the carb. There are no hole drilled for the fuel though.

ok thanks bear ,,,, that makes sense maybe , might have passed up on a good carburator now not knowing this sooner
