Warranty question
My parents just gave me their 98 Mountaineer AWD. 68k miles. Great shape. I noticed in the owners manual that Ford will replace the PCV for free at 60k miles, which my parents never did. Do you think the dealorship will swap out the pcv for free even though I am not the original owner? I cannot get my arm to fit behind the 5.0 to find the pcv. I have some excellent instructions on how to do it; but, I just cannot get back there. Any thoughts on the warranty play?
