Does anybody know if the Offy DP will fit in a van? I'm looking at pictures and it seems like the intake with the carb on it would probably stick out too far to the passenger side to fit in the doghouse. Anyone ever done this?

 

I've seen pictures of a guy on here that put the Offy on a motorhome he has. It's an extremely tight fit but it'll work.

 

Any idea where those pictures are? I'd love to see that. To me it looks like I'd have to use a sledgehammer to get it to fit. I just want to have some reason to believe it will fit in there before I spend money!

 

I would check whith Offy. I'm sure they can tell you.

From the centerline of the valvecover to the outside of the manifold is 12.75"
at it's widest point. At it's narrowest point it is 11" With a 500 Edelbrock it's 15.5" to the outside of the linkage and 9" to the top of the aftermarket low profile air cleaner.
