Just a midnight intro because FTE thinks I've never posted before. I have, but maybe I don't recall my name or log in stuff. More likely they don't know me because of my new computer.
I used to be a mechanic. I'm a long time Ford fan, even since childhood. I've owned many Fords, now a F350 worktruck & an Aerostar van.
Fords are typically simple, strong, hold up well & are relatively inexpensive to maintain.
No, Ford didn't make the first car ever. He did invent the garage door though, after using a fire axe to enlarge his shop door enough to get his first car out for it's first late night test drive in about 1896!
I tried to put a small photo on for an avatar but couldn't shrink it enough to get under the kilobyte barrier. Will reduce the pixels per inch next.
Y'all have a good forum here. It's helped me in past & again tonight in diagnosing my clockspring prob on the Aero.
Greetings & cheers to all from Ted The Handyman in North Carolina!
We are happy you have chosen the best source for Fords!

See you on the boards. ….
Thanks for the response, guys. I'm from Raleigh, but I've lived & worked around Pinehurst & Southern Pines for years. I live south where I can afford it in Rockingham, NC, seven miles from SC. -Ted K.
