Drive line help

I have a 9" 3.50 gears with a front mount rear diff, Its a 4x4. I replaced the third member and the driveline. The third member is off 74 with 3.50 gears, and my truck is a 78. The drive line was rebuilt with a bigger tube due to the fact that Im running 35" tires its the main reason I had this made. The problem that Im having is that the driveline keeps slipping off fron the rear side where the DL connects to the yoke, I hear no noise or feel no vibrations before this happens. What do you guys suggest I check or try?

If it's the splined shaft or slip yoke that keeps coming apart your drive shaft may be too short.

How would I measure this to check and also can I fix this with the drive shaft I got on it now?

Go to a good driveline shop not just a speed shop and they can measure the distance and figure the length. After one failure I would not trust your measurements. Let the pro's do it. A driveshaft can only be so long or you will need to go to a 3-piece shaft.
