I think there are 2 fuses for the beams, depending on the setup. Did you look through the manual carefully?

I'd check those fuses first. Might try looking for a corroded connection and/or scrapes along the harness.

Sounds like a fuse to me, check under the dash, if not that, check under hood fuses and relays.

Brakelights have fuses. Allmost all electricial circuts in every vehicle have either fuses or relays. You just have to find there different locations.

May be a dumb question, but have you checked that the filiments in the bulbs are not burnt out? there are 2 wires in each bulb, 1 for lo and 1 for hi.

I had this happen twice on my '02. I had the old style 6x9 removeable bulbs.Once was the low and about a year later was the high. Both times it was right in the middle of pothole season!!

I am having the same problem with my '00. the high beam fuse keeps burning out as soon as I turn the high beams on. Any ideas were to start looking, do you think it is a break in the wire somewhere?
Thanks for any help

Sounds like it's time to start tracing the wires. I'd start up at the headlights and trace them back. There has to be a cut wire somewhere along the path that's causing a dead short. Electrical problems aren't that hard, they're just very time consuming. Have patience and good luck.
