let's have some fun

okay guys i'm pretty new here but i'm getting a little po'd about my situation with my ford, it looks great with 220,000 on it and was running pretty great, i eliminated all of my emissions stuff then decided i needed to change my head, well i switched to a no smog pump head and have sprung on oil leak and throwing a CEL and i'm pretty stumped, so all the BS aside let's talk about making a street beast out of this motor because i've had it,
now be creative guys let it all out what would you do to build a streetable fun beast to run red light to red light? the only thing you can't say is drop an eight in here!
okay now for some questions
1)does anyone make a sweet aluminum head becuase i have tried finding one and no avail
2) would a seven pound boost turbo charger sound like too much
3)if i had to go with some head work, what would you have modified(and to what specs) and what cam specs and type would pair up good with it?
4) aside from flat tappet and more radical mods, would a 10:1 pumping out close to 400hp without changing to forged internals be attainable?
5)how would you burn the back tires on your ford 300 and get a v8 small block guy to give you a funny look(probably still beat me but hey it's all in street fun for me)??!?!!!
