spindle problem

Can anyone tell me if the spindles from a 84 f-250 will fit on a 86 f-150. The left one on my F-150 I just bought is scared really bad the wheel bearing were packed in metal shavings it looked like. But I have a 84 F-250 that has good spindles that I can use I just don't want to go through the trouble of swapping out the entire I-beam if I can get around it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

nope, the f250 is beefier than the f150 as well as the brakes are different.

sounds to me like a good excuse to beef up the whole front end of the truck

Yeah that was what I am trying to do in a way I already replaced the rear axle last year with a 10.25" ford. When the spindle broke I thought why not upgrade while I fix it if I can.
