Did Ford make any other wheels for these trucks but the grey ones?Mine are grey with chrome center caps.Do they make any others now or did they make cooler looking ones?
Ford made two different wheels for the 250LDs and 7700s (what the 250LDs became in 2000)
Unfortunately the difference is not in the design, only the finish. XLTs and Lariats came with a chrome coating and chromed center cap. The XLs came in argent grey with matching center caps.
There are a few aftermarket manufacturers that made the 7 lug design, but they are limited. iirc Weld and American wheel made some aftermarket designs.

To clarify, its not a chrome coating on the wheels, they slapped on a chromed metal plate thats crimped on a argent grey wheel with a chromed center cap. Thats whats on my stock '97 F250LD, looks ok but a cheap way to go

Thanks for clarifying that... It takes a little bit of prying to get to the argent, but you can tell it's a shell.
You know what makes that chrome wheel weird? Some people have an issue with rust on these "chromed" wheels.
