Steering wheel question

I was wondering if a 1991 VAN steering wheel will fit on a 1980-86 era truck?
Or a 1973-79 for that matter?

ANY ONE TRY IT BEFORE?

Just wondering since I could get a nice steering wheel from a 91 VAN and put it on a 86 bronco...
Please someone say something fast!

I don't think it will fit. I believe that the steering columns are different in the newer model trucks and vans. I would stick with a steering wheel from an 80-86. I just bought a steering wheel off Ebay for my '85 F150. I saw a SW for a '79 model, but the part that connects to the steering column looked different than the 80-86 model, so I did not take a chance with it.
