Ceramic Headers
The finish is supposed to last a lot longer than paint.
Hedman makes ones guarranteed for 5 years.
As well, they are reported to reduce heat, and speed up exhaust flow.

Ceramic Headers
It's worth it if you have the inside done as well as the outside. The heat will go out the exhaust as opposed to radiating inside the engine compartment. The headers will also last much longer becasue they won't rust.
