idleing problem

every time i come to a stop in my 03 power stroke it startes to idle ruff, like it is missing or some thing. but the computer has not logged any codes. has anyone else had this problem? and if so how did they fix it?

I think it is the 6.0 but not exactly sure right at the moment. where would it most likely be drawing air from?
