Its pretty easy actually to reach it I used a 10mm socket on a 2 inch extension took me about 8 minutes to change it out. Unfortunately I have a new problem though with steady throttle pressure I get a stutter almost as if the timing is out of whack---any ideas. Oh and by the way the stalling out was my aftermarket chip intermittently coming loose FYI
Hey guys for those that are having stalling and sputtering the first thing i would do is if you have a performance chip in your 7.3 take it out cover the hole where it came from and try that. I have had this problem for too long now truck just dies, sputters, shuts off while driving and then starts back up again on its own, etc etc etc. I replaced the cps, no luck. Replaced the fuel filter and everything else in this thing, no luck. I took out my chip, truck drives like its brand new. Just FYI for those that have a chip and are having this problem and cant get it figured out.
