Well I had a little extra money kicking around and saw an ad in the paper. 1978 f-150, 460 stick shift. I called on it and decided to take a look. Sad thing is it was not a 460 but was a strong 400, 4 speed, 4wd, short box. Rust on the rear fenders and floorboards and dent in the front fender. Otherwise very sound pickup. I drove it away for 800 bucks. Can't decide what I want to do with it yet. Any suggestions guys?
HAHA...What ramboss and Kubota said was EXACTLY what I had in mind. It is a two tone blue so you have a perfect 2.5'' line to take the sawzall to and slap on some 35's. The previous owner already 3/4 leaf pack in the rear just like a highboy. I will get pics of it when I take it home, might be a little while though.
