Emissions Light came on??????

Emissions Light came on??????
So I start my truck this morning to head to work and I noticed that my emissions light was on. I was going to stop by like Discount Auto today after work to try and get a computer reading as to what error code was being thrown. Should I be worried or skeptical about driving? I drive roughly 50 miles one way to work so just want to know if this is something that needs to be dealt with asap? Any info would be great.

I live over in Melbourne, Vero Beach area but travel to Gainesville frequently. Thanks for the offer though xtrm1stang. The problem with going to Ford is that I work from 730am till 530pm everyday. I figure I might take some personal bussiness and get it looked at.
The only modification (if you want to call it that) was that I put Seafoam in it like 2 weeks ago because my gas mileage was crappy. It got alot better and then I came home this weekend and found the light on. I filled up at a gas station that I normally don't so maybe it's just bad fuel?
I will get it looked at and post the code up here for further information. Thanks for the help.
