My 85 F150 wont start

ive read all the other threads about peopels trucks not starting and ive checked all that on my truck and none of them were it, i have a brand new ignition module i have new battery cable wires i have a new distributer i checked my coil and spark plugs they are getting spark and i have a new fuel pump. but my truck is still not starting it will turn over but it never starts. i thought it could be the eec-iv but im not to sure how to check it. does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be or how to check that?

well an engine is pretty basic when it comes down to it. You have a spark so its probably something to do with fuel. Check to actually see if you are getting any fuel. I also recently had a carb that was leaking fuel when sitting overnight. That lead to a partially flooded engine so it wouldnt start unless i removed the fuel line from the carb (then it would finally start for 10-15 secs. New carb fixed everything.

If you have spark, then it's either fuel or timing.

Since you have fuel injection you should have a scgrader valve on the fuel rail. Checking for fuel in the rail should be easy. Press in the valve and see if fuel comes out.
