No. It is still looking for an identity. The references to bogging were for Dustin's truck. Although my truck will almost certainly end up in the pit at our once a year mud bog. It is a traveling mud race, but they let locals "run-what-ya-brung" as half-time entertainment.
It is really just for overall fun. As light as it's getting, it should turn some fun 1/8 mile times, plus be a hoot out in the hills, and worthy of the local car shows.
This past couple of weeks I've been looking at engine management systems with data logging and twin turbo setups. A streetable 15mpg and 1000hp from the same engine would be cool. Hmmmmm.
Just an idea, Scouder, you might make a "debri" shield to protect that rear wheel seal. A tube that can be bolted to the housing end and cover the seal area would do the trick. Really cool!!!!!!

Hey, that's not a bad idea. It'd be easy with that flange there.
Well I remember you bringing up the setup a few months back, but had no idea you had started the work on it. Looks really good, and if you can stuff a bigger disk in there I'm sure you'll be quite satisfied with the results. Looks funny without the drums but cool all at the same time.
And like I've mentioned in the past if you need to get rid of those wheels you have a buyer right here.
could you repost the pictures? All I see is a box with a red x. I have a project truck and like the idea of drive line type brake. Every time I park on a grade with a 15K trailer all that strain on the transmission and little drum ebrake!!
