Towing Question
I have got an 03 ext cab V6 automatic and was thinking about using it to tow an 81 Chevy P/U with a tow dolly. I found out the Chevy weights around 4K. I will have to pull the truck 30 miles. Will the 03' handle it, or should I just pay the 100-120 to get it towed?

well whats the rating on the tow dolly? most say 2,500 lbs total vehicle weight. they are not made for full size vehicles. now if you were to rent a u haul car trailer you would be ok. your truck should handle it just fine for the short 30 mile trip.
