Depressing turn signal lever for a left turn does not 'hold', but if I hold the lever down the signal flashes properly while being held. Do I need a new turn signal switch or???.
It's also possible that the pin sticking out of the steering column to actuate the switch is broken too. You'll see if it is when you undo the two torx screws that hold the turn signal switch in place.
