Horn problems

I have a 90 4x4 with 2.9 and the horn does not work. Can anybody help me fix this problem, my daughter will be driving it real soon.

Your Ranger's horn has a single hot wire going to the horn. It grounds through the base of the horn bracket to the body. Usually, the ground loses contact over time, rust and wear. Start by grounding the horn bracket with a jumper wire to see if that is the problem.
