software update?

software update?
Hi all, first let me say great forum!!!!. now here's my questions.....
05 f150 supercrew 4x4 just purchased 1-06 is there a date where the
software update would have been done on this truck manufactured
date is 7-05, also read stuff on shimming in steering wheel have that on mine although slight but its a new vehicle and kinda disapointing.can i go back to dealer? will they do anything? only have 130 miles on it should i wait longer
to see if it goes away or is that wishful thinking. other than that i must say i love the truck. thanks for the help

only the dealer can tell you if the newest update is installed, most likley there is a new one, as for the vibration, the truck sat on the lot for 6 months, tires probally need to be driven and heated up, try lowering the air pressure to 20psi and driving kinda hard, accelarating and braking, to heat up the tires,than set to specs and let cool. ****DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCURE*****
