Thermostat Question

Hello to all,
Got a question about the length of thermostats. Does anyone know how long the t-stat for the 99 up motors is? I think I have a short one in mine and I went to get another and it looks like it is the same length. I've not pulled it apart yet(I want to have the right parts before begining).

Has anyone replaced theirs lately, or even better anyone have on in a box as a spare that can be measured?

I've got the 203* from dieselsite.com
fits 1996-2003
1-3/4" disc to disc.

OK so mine needs to be 1 3/4 inches from top disc to bottom. Thank you for the reply. I will go measure my new on to make sure it is right.
