How do I obtain door lock combination

if Dealer didn't supply me with it? Its a 2000 Expy. I'm in the process of purchasing an extra key and remote. Hate to say it but stupid dealership only had 1 to give and didn't have the combo for the door lock. Thanks.....

Look under the dash on the drivers side. Way up inside you will see a black box type thing. The number (5 digits) will be on a white sticker along with some other stuff.

I have a 2003 Expo and I have read the posts, some say on the drivers side way up behind the emer. brake and some say on the passenger side, can some with the 03 tell did they really find it and where?
