have 75 ford hi-boy 250 4 wheel,, 390 is blown,, if I go to a 460 I will need a bell housing and flywheel,, any other problems I may run into or something I am forgetting? help please. thanks ma****
Look up L&L products out of Texas. they sell 460 conversion kits for the F-series 4x4. you'll need new frame mounts and people on this board have said the headers, though pricey, are well worth it.Good luck

hey man i hope this helps ya i have done the 460 conversion.man o man let me tell ya L&L is the only way to go.that it what i used to do mine and it was money well spent.they will have every thing you will need.and the power and fuel milage will change alot.depending on how ya drive it.do youself a favor buy the rear sump pan from them also.
