Anyone Huccup/Sputter
Hey guys need some help:
Truck has started sputtering at 60-70 while pulling a hill. (No Trailer). Tons of smoke while doing so. After mashing the pedal it will clear up.
Truck has recently been sitting around. Could this be a injector problem or maybe a sensor?
04 250 6.0 with all edge mod.

How long has she been sitting? If it's been sitting for quite a while, your fuel may be contaminated. Change out for fresh fuel, if reasonable, and add some Standyne or Diesel Kleen at max dose. Might want to change out filters and drain water separator too.

It's been sitting for a couple of months while i've been in New Orleans. Recently took a trip from Dallas to IL. ran fine on the way down however it started cutting out on the way back. I've ran several tanks of fuel through it now.
Put injector cleaner in it and also have changed the fuel filters.
