Flowmaster exhaust system
Would anyone know if the Flowmaster Exhaust system #17345 thats made for the 1999-2004 superduty v-10 would fit the 2005 superduty V10?
It comes with the 70seires muffler thats 3" in-out offset/offset
the price is $275.88 at summit not bad at all.
Just the FM 70seires muffler is $109.95
Any ideas?

Read in a different thread that the '05 and '06 SD's have a 3.5" pipe. The kit you are interested in...is only 3". No reason to install a smaller pipe...IMHO. Also the Y-pipe is also improved...and better flowing. The stock system is really pretty good out of the box.
If you want a replacement...you might look into the Banks system. I believe they offer the 3.5" pipe.
