Strange noise

Well I installed a new clutch and still have the noise. It starts at about 30mph, and sounds like a fast whirring or slapping noise when my foot is on the gas. Almost like a trolling motor prop just barely in the water. This is really getting on my nerves. Any ideas?

Were the bearings replaced, and was the flywheel machined? Did the install go well?

yes, I replaced the pilot and throwout bearing, and had the flywheel machined. I also took the tranny to the shop and had them break it down and they said it was perfectly fine. All clutch components were replaced, and it still makes the sound. It only does it above 35 when on the throttle, and like I said, its a whirring sound coming up from the shifter. I also checked the driveshaft u-joints and they all seemed fine, but I might replace them anyway. Any other ideas?

I drove the truck around more this morning and have a better description of the noise. It starts a vibrating-humming sound at the end of third gear(about 30 mph) and makes the CLLLLLLL sound above those speeds under acceleration. The second sound goes away cruising at a constant speed. When I let off the gas, the CLLL sound goes away, and then the humming sound goes away shortly after that.
