steering conversion
i have seen alot written about converting your power assist steering to regular power steering. I have a 76 F250 that i would like to attemp this on. There seems to be alot of confusion (or it could just be me) on exactly which steering box will work. Early 70's or late 70's, Bronco or Truck. Does it have to come from the same truck, 100, 150, 250 etc. Any specific help will do.

Check out this section you'll find complete tech write-ups If your talking a 4x4 F250 a F250 2wd box will work, also a 77.5-79 4x4 PS box will work. PPL have done alot of different conversions but none are just a bolt in. There is a seller on ebay that has a complete PS conversion for sale that uses the 2wd box for just under 1000 dollars.
