Heater control panel

OK...I broke my control panel....the one with the fan speed selector, cold to hot selector and the position selector.

Here's what's broken.....the heat control **** was tight so I forced it....well it broke...I had to go pull on the cable to get the heat on....seems that the button itself is broken.

The source selector **** doesn't seem to work....no matter where I turn it to (vent, mix, defrost) all the same.....stuck on defrost...but the off position work....any ideas?

Should I just change the whole panel....and aside from the dealer and a wrecking yard where can I get one?

IT has some linkage connecting it to the heat cold cable. the cable broke where it attaches or the plastic linkage broke maybe. Not sure about the other swich since it does shut off. If the cables are okay i would get the whole unit from a salvage yard as that stuff is very spendy at the dealers.
