Headlights
Simple question. I have a 79 F-100 and i need to know if the round headlights will fit right in to replace the rectangle headlights. Will the wiring hook up just right? Will it fit into the original mounts? Will there be any brightness differences? Thanks for da help

Use Hologens if you want brighter lights. Why would you want to convert to round bulbs, when the rectangles are so plentiful?
And Yes they will fit the electrical plug. |_|

[font color=red size=2]I did just the opposite to my 73, I put a 78 grill in it and swapped in the square headlights. You need to remove the mounting brackets where they bolt to the radiator support and swap in the mounting brackets for the round headlights. It's an easy bolt-in swap.

Headlights
Check out the tech article under "Whiter whites Brighter Brights". Using Relays will really improve your lights. Also you can add Halogen bulbs and with the relay conversion have the voltage to power them.
