I got mine off of E-bay. It is billet and brand new. It was from a company or e-bay seller name of goodsforless. It is really nice and you do not have to cut anything. The original Ford emblem still is used and you do not have to take it off. The grill was only $43, but the shipping was $35 from CA. This is a three piece grill and it looks real nice. Check them out on e-bay.

here is a replacement grille i have on my '02. this will fit your '04 perfectly. no modifying. it is plastic, not billet aluminum. only $180 including shipping. PM me if youre interested:

I have been looking at the Putco Liquid Boss. I can get it for a little under 200 without the side vents. I think it looks better without them. It is polished stainless and fits over existing grill with logo cutout.

I have had a putco bolt over grille and did not care for fit and finish. It seemed to stick out farther than the original grille and did not look very good. Now i have a bolt over grille from ford . It has the larger bars and all 4 peices but i dont run the bottom piece because i have fog lights. This grille fits well and looks great. P/M me is you like the looks of it in my gallery.
