I'm working on putting a stull billet in as we speak. It's the "beefy billet" I think the item # is 5099-P. It's the type you have to cut the grey portion out of the stock grille shell. Getting it to fit just perfect is a lot of work, sanding things down so everything fits right. I've got about half of it done, but so far, it looks like it's going to fit great and look even better.
I think stull also makes an overlay that just bolts over the stock shell. And, my father has the putco "tube-style" grille that also bolts over the OEM shell. IMO it doesn't look as good as the "classic" style billets, but it's different.
For as close as that looks to the one I just put on... I'd definately go with that. The stull is a really nice piece, but it was a ton of work to get it to fit just right... I still have to tweak it a bit more, but I've put about 30 hours into the truck in the last 2 days, enough is enough for one weekend.
I like this unit very much. I have a similar one of brushed aluminum on the wife's '04 Expedition, and after only 16,000 miles, the black paint on the flat sides of the slats is peeling off from bug hits...I'm gonna to have to replace it with a chrome unit also..
Edited...My unit is a Stull
Take care,
JJ

Thanks. The specs are on my Sig line...but anyway, it is a Fabtech 8" lift with Fox shocks and 38.5 x15.50 Toyos on 20 x 12 Weld Cheyenne wheels. The only thing I have left to do is add the fender flares, and change out the stock plastic step boards with something better. That will be next week if all goes well. It is by far the best truck I have ever owned, and it runs so well, it is probably the first truck that I will have never had to do anything to the motor to make it suit me.
I use it as an RV, for occasional towing of a 6.5' x 12' two axle trailer with three quads to Glamis, and just for fun to off road in the desert. It's an '04 that has only 3,200 miles on it.
Take Care,
JJ
