73 F100 T case
I'd like to eventually swap my truck to a dual range T case, what all do I need to scavange from a junkyard to swap the T case? Do I just need the T case or will I need to get the four speed trans as well (Not swapping to an auto, forget that! yuck! lol) Still havent' solved my 4WD problem..... (too cold!) lol

If you would be swaping your dana 21 then you would need to go to a NP205 from a standard transmission, and get the t case, and the adapter between the t case and tranny, you would also need the body mount, the shift linkage and the shifter, and depending on the different length of the t cases you might even need to change up your driveshafts?(, but that depends on how much of the difference is between the 2 different set ups.)
Note: Do not get a 79 transfer case, not unless of coarse you want to change your u joints to 1330s from the 1310s, not much stronger, and just more of a pain and money.
