what is the difference between the 77 f250s/100s and rangers?
and why do some f250s(77) have the trim on the side of the truck while others have the little groove?

Aaron Back then the Ranger was just a trim level. Ford had a base truck and started adding things inside and out and called it something different. I think it started as Custom, Ranger, Ranger XLT etc.
