Could I make my 5.4l E85 compatable?

The FFV (Flex Fuel Vehicles) came with a special gas tank, fuel lines and PCM. The E85 is corrosive so the fuel system is upgraded to keep the fuel from eating it up. The PCM also can sense which fuel is in the tank so that it can recurve the timing and fuel curves to run properly. It's really not worth the money to convert it over.
