I have a 69 long bed and am switching out beds. My present bed is rusted out but the trim is perfect. How do I remove the bed trim without destroying it? Is there a special tool or do I just need to hold my mouth right? Thanks in advance.
Wade H
There are some nut on the inside of the bed. They are pretty high and it will take a 1/4 inch ratchet to get them off. If I remember right there are 4 on each side. Then after that there are some plastic or metal clips on the out side depending on which side molding you have.
