transmission question
75 ford auto C-6 trans. unecessarily kicks down on small upgrades or slight acceleration. It has the right idea just a bit sensitive. any ideas on why and possible solutions.

The vacuum modulator needs adjusting to shift later.
Remove the vacuum hose to it and insert a small flat screwdriver into the outlet and adjust the screw.
I think Turning it in (clockwise) will advance the shift.
