(C -2) x 2 = tire diameter, assuming the tire you buy will be less diameter then actually stated, as most are.
One of the best ways is to buy one tire of what you think will fit, install it on the pass. side, then lift each side on the front as high off the ground as possible using the suspension and then the frame at full right hand lock while checking for clearance issues.
