Fender Flares

I am interested in adding oem fender flares to a stock 99 Explorer XLT. Ive seen what I thought were 2000 model explorers with factory flares and I am wondering if these just easily bolt up or what? Can I add just the flares without adding any other pieces of trim around the truck to make it match? Thanks for any help!

you can add the flares, but you can only add them if you take your running board off, or if it came stock with no running boards. you may have to paint the plares the same color of your explorer depending on how you want it. Here is a web site with some things for your truck, i dont know if they have your fender flares, but other sites will. http://www.suvxccessory.com/xccessor...-explorer.html Good luck

you have to drill the fenders and quarter panel to install the flares , also you have to put the runnig board EB or limited style.
Other option is pu the 99 flares and step board (tube)
the problem is how it will look without 16" wheels
