Recommendations for Vehicle Services

I just moved to the Belmont, NC area and could use some recommendations for some mechanical service shops.

At the moment I really need a good front end shop.

After that a transmission rebuild.

If you know a blind inspector please let me know. ROFL :-)

Actually I've been in NC since 98 with the exception of a one year assignment in Autsin TX. I moved about 20 miles from South Charlotte to Belmont.

I've been on this site for about three years or so since I bought my F250 and never saw there was an NC chapter. Doh! :-)

I'll look up the get together posts and maybe..........

The Mr. Transmission on Independence BLVD there at the Eastway bridge does real good transmission work, plus they also do front and rear end work too. If you go, ask to speak to Darryl Fincher, hes a hell of a good mechanic.

Its right past the old Independence/Crikit Arena on the eastbound side. Cant miss it.
