door actuator
I'm going to replace one. Is this a difficult job to do.
My rear hatch doesn't lock and unlock as well. The extended warrenty doesn't cover this. Is this need an actuator replaced as well??

Make sure you click on cuinak's gallery for a picture by picture walk-through of what you will encounter during replacement. The first one will be a learning experience but the rest are easy after that. Overall, it was very simple. Yes, you will need one for the liftgate. You may as well replace them all as they will all crap out soon.
Do a search for door acutator and you will find many posts and links to where to get them at a good price. The new design is better than the old one.
