Help.....Theft light flashes....sometimes

I have a 98 ford explorer Theft ligth flashes fast and it won't start mbut sometimes I don't have a problem with it at all HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

check for loose or broken wires, start at the module it probably has a ford logo on it and says ford vehicle security system
