I bent the tube and crossed over to the left side and up the frame rail to the ccv tube. Now there is negetive pressure in the crank case and no odor outside.
Why that far forward? Was there some reason or just didn't feel like running the hose back to the muffler? I am worried that the heat from the exhaust will melt the tubing via conduction

Talking CCV mod

Say Aklim, I didn't feel the end of the trans was to far forward. I'm about 1.5 feet in front of the muffler or whats left of the muffler. After a hard pull on my 11% test hill I could hold the tube a foot out from the exhaust. The heat is flying by and forms a vacume. My plastic tube only goe's to the frame where it straightens out. I didn't measure the steel tube but with the bends and all there is probably 4' of steel. The other reason is the holes in the crossmember. This was a great place to install the adele clamp to support to steel on it's path to the left side frame rail. I have to say I did screw up the first time and ran the plastic right down to the frame. I can tell you first hand that this will suck oil out of the engine!!!
