Roll Bar Needed
Hi All,
I am new here and would like to say hello. I recently acquired a '76 F150 Long Bed. It is sweet and I am looking forward to working with it.
I do already have questions though. I would like to put a roll bar in the back of this thing and according to a pic I have of it a while back, it used to have one. The one in the pic is a one bar by one bar and the supports bolt to the bottom of the bed in between the wheel well and the cab of the truck. I want to attach some lights to that I already have. Problem is that only Grizzly has roll bars anymore and they all seem to have these bends in them which I am not fond of and would like to find some that are straight from top to bottom. If necessary, I will go with those but I like to have more options. Anyone who has some from back in the day of this truck and lives in AZ, I would be happy to pay for them.

I have an extra one like the one on my truck(look in gallery) only it's black. I also have a factory Ford brush gaurd,Its kinda ugly, but original.
I'm in So Cal but go to Have-a-screw often, what part of AZ. are you in?

Oh sorry I think i know which bars your talking about and these are not them. you should find a blacksmith who is hungry and whould like to do you up some heavy duty bars.

Welcome to FTE! You might try going to the Az. chapter forum and asking them if they know of an off-road and 4x4 shop close by that could hook you up. Join the Az. chapter while you're there.-Pete
