Real ladder bars are not generally good on the street and tend to get busted due to the tensions placed on them. If your springs go over the top of the axle like mine you can use Shure Track bars. I get em from J.C. Whitney and they work good and last well. Bolt in install works OK. They act like half a four link setup. Bolt to top of center spring perch and front spring perch. Handle 400 hp with no problem.
