F350 Yoke question
From an F350 with a Dana 60 that had a CV front style driveshaft. I need the yoke off the front of the transfer case.
I was told it was a 1330, but that doesn't really help when I try to order it, because I get asked a couple of other questions I don't know the answer to..
I'm sure someone here knows exactly what I'm looking for and say "here is the part # from JBG"
I found one in the junkyard for my bronco, but my neighbor needs one now and I can't find any #'s on it..
Thanx!
The part number for the transfer case front yoke was FD E7TZ7B214C (transfer case front yoke). It was purchased through a Ford dealer.

Swapping out the yoke is easy enough. Remove the nut that holds the original yoke in the transfer case while holding onto the original yoke with a substantial wrench. Try not to us the transfer case gears to hold the yoke in place while loosening that nut.
When the nut is removed you will find a washer type seal under it. Make sure that this washer is reinstalled or you will have an oil leak when the new yoke is installed.
Pull the old yoke out and slide in the new one. Install the washer seal and torque the nut down. I seem to remember a torque value of about 150 ft-lbs. This is important enough to look up.

My neighbor wants to replace his and wants to make sure he buys the right one.
So I can just tell him to go buy a 1330 yoke and he doesn't need any more information then that?
