tranny swap

hi,
i am new to this site and i am looking forward to getting help working on my ford truck. i have a 1985 ford f-150. it is 4x4 and has a 4 speed manual trans in it. i was wondering if it was possible to update this with a 5 speed trans to replace the 4 speed.
